VI. GENERAL C:O D� ANTS <br />1. This permi: shall become voidable unless the facilities are cons -uczed in accordance with <br />the conditions of this permit, the approved plans, specifications; and other supporting <br />data. <br />2. Tnis pe.^rMl.it is effective only with respect to the nature and volume of wastes described in <br />the apphcarion and other supporting data. <br />3. This pe-mit is not transferable. In the event there is a desire for the facilities to chance <br />ownership, or there is a name change of the Pe.:nittee, a formal pe:-nn,it reauest must be <br />submittea to the Division of Environmental Management accompanied by an application <br />fee, documentation from the parzies involved, and other suppor-Ling materials as may be <br />appropriate. The approval of this request will be considered on its merits and may or <br />may not be approved. <br />It. Failure to abide by the conditions and limitations contained in this pernit may subject the <br />Permittee to an enforcement action by the Division of Environmental Management in <br />accordance with North Carolina General Statute 1 -43- 215.6. <br />5. The issuance of this pe --mit does not preclude the Pe.� iuee from complving witn any <br />and all statutes, rules, regulations, or ordinances which may be imposeC by other <br />government agencies (local, state, and federal) which have jul�isdicdon. <br />6.
