These uses were eliminated as boat storage is not <br />needed, a separate carwash area is not needed, and the laundry <br />facilities are not needed since mobile homes have washer -dryer <br />connections. This area is now designated as a recreation area and <br />will be grassed. The well areas in circles 1 and 3 and the entire <br />Duke Power easement have been designated as grassed recreation <br />areas to provide centrally located recreation areas. <br />A current list of Landowners Adjoining Stonegate Mobile Home <br />Park is attached as taken from the Orange County Tax Records. <br />The Memorandum updating detail of the work referred to on page <br />4 of the Narrative was submitted with the October 7, 1991 <br />application. <br />i <br />
