PD -1 -91 STONEGATE MOBILE HOME PARK <br />This property is located on Mount Herman Church Road north of <br />the Norfolk Southern Railroad and south of Interstate 85. The applicant <br />is requesting to modify the existing Planned Development by removing ten <br />(10) mobile home spaces and changing the type of sewage treatment from <br />a package plant to a spray irrigation system, thereby adding 19.86 acres <br />to the park. The Planning Board approved the modification with five <br />conditions as listed below: <br />(1) All existing required conditions of the original special <br />use permit are fully applicable. <br />
