n <br />6.16.15 solid waste collection facilities owned and operated b + <br />A Rublic ag-noy a -no for the RurROse of dis osal of <br />ousehoid waste by orange County residents. <br />The following restrictions shall be applied to the <br />above use in all zoning districts: <br />a) The site shall consist of a parcel, or easement <br />across a parcel, (whether owned or leased by the <br />Public agency) which has been recorded by the <br />Orange County Register of Deeds. <br />b) The parcel or easement across the parcel, (whether <br />owned or leased by the public agency) on which the <br />facility is located shall contain a minimum area <br />of 40,000 square feet. <br />C) The parcel or easement shall have frontage on a <br />State- maintained road. <br />d) A Type B landscape buffer, 30' in width, shall be <br />provided along the perimeter of the parcel or <br />easement. <br />e) Fencing at least 6' in height shall.be provided <br />between the landscape buffer and the improved <br />portion of the parcel or easement. <br />f) An entrance sign shall identify site as a <br />sanitation collection site, and shall identify the <br />responsible public agency. The sign shall contain <br />a maximum of nine (9) square feet and shall not <br />exceed eight (8) feet in height.
