V 14 517 <br />12N <br />DEED OF CONSERVATION EASEMENT <br />THIS DEED OF CONSERVATION EASEMENT is made this <br />„ -,- - - - -- day of ____._._._._._y 1991, by ThomaE and Rosa <br />Belle Stone, husband and wife and Laura Reaves (Grantors), in <br />favor of Triangle Land Conservancy ra non profit North <br />Carolina corporation as Qrantee). <br />W I THE SSE.TH a <br />WHEREAS, Grantors are the sole owners in fee simple of <br />certain real property in Orange County, North Carolina, more <br />particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated by this reference ( the Property) ; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property possesses natural, educational. <br />values of importance to Grantors, the people of Orange county <br />and the people of the State of North Carolina; aid <br />WHEREAS, the specific conservation values of the <br />Property are documented in an inventory of relevant ferature% <br />of the Property. Documentation consists of plat and other <br />documentation that the parties agree provide, collectively, <br />an accurate representation of the property at the time of <br />this grant and which is intended to serve as an objective <br />information baseline for monitoring compliance with the terms <br />of this grant; and <br />WHEREAS, Grantors intend that the conservatiQn values of <br />the Property be preserved and maintained by the continuation <br />of land use patterns, including, without limitation, those <br />
