8 <br />2. To remain licensed by the State of North Carolina, <br />Office of Emergency Medical Services, Division of Facility <br />Services, Department of Human Resources and any other licensing <br />agency as a provider of transportation services. <br />3. To monthly invoice THE HOSPITAL for transportation <br />services provided invoices shall be directed to: <br />Mr. W. W. Hill <br />Department of Social Work <br />UNC Hospitals <br />101 Manning Drive <br />Chapel Hill, NC 27514 <br />TERM OF AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement shall cover the period from the 1st day of <br />July, 1989 to and including the 30th day of June, 1991. <br />TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement or its renewals may be terminated at any time <br />without penalty by either party, provided that written notice of <br />such termination is furnished to the other party' at least ninety <br />(90) days prior to termination. The parties agree and understand <br />that the Director of Orange County Emergency services may <br />temporarily suspend the services under this Agreement in the <br />event of a disaster within the County requiring substantially all <br />of the medical transportation resources available to orange <br />County. <br />3 <br />
