Bob . 8 -18.1. <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />Dear Ms. Insko: <br />I am writing to you in support of a $70 million bond to support <br />the facility needs of Chapel Hill - Carrboro City schools and <br />Orange County. I am founder of CASE (Citizens Advocating and <br />Supporting Education) and it is CASE's strong position that a new <br />elementary, middle and high school are all needed by the Chapel <br />Hill- Carrboro City schools. <br />I apologize for not being in attendance the evening of December <br />11, 1991, but I will be out -of -town on business.
