In <br />conjunction with the Environmental Health Division the <br />Planning Department determined that the current <br />endorsement is too general. <br />The proposed amendment would provide more explicit <br />information regarding the issuance of septic system <br />permits. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Section VII -D of the Subdivision Regulations requires <br />that the Board of Commissioners and the Planning Board <br />hear proposals to amend the ordinance at the quarterly <br />public hearing. There is no time limit within which a <br />proposed amendment must be heard. <br />Plannin 9 Staff Recommendation <br />The proposed amendment was initiated and developed by <br />the Planning Staff. The Planning Staff recommends <br />approval of the proposed amendment. <br />J <br />
