Likewise, the regulations may need review <br />with respect to other large lots less than ten acres. <br />I recognize that requiring large lots to <br />comply with subdivision regulations when they are shown <br />on a plat with smaller lots could lead to the County no <br />longer seeing the large lots when subdivision plans are <br />presented. That may be and we have no control over <br />that. We can only review what we're asked to review. <br />On the other hand., developers should not be encouraged <br />to divide their developments in a way to avoid sub - <br />division regulation treatment or advised to do so.
