58 <br />V - B - 2. Proposed Drainace - The installation of <br />any part of a cra -nave system which is <br />necessary because of proposed improvements <br />as set forth in subsection 1 of this section <br />may be installed subsequent to the approval <br />of the Final Plat; provided that plans and <br />specifications of said improvement shall be <br />approved by the appropriate agency and <br />reference to said improvements shall be made <br />a part of the Final Plat as provided in Sectio; <br />III, Subsection E - 5 - d herein. <br />-70- <br />
