The proposed amendments add text which <br />specifies and clarifies this existing and historical <br />practice used by the Planning Department to meet site <br />suitability requirements with respect to drainage. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Section VII -D of the Subdivision Regulations requires <br />that the Board of Commissioners and the Planning Board <br />hear proposals to amend the ordinance at the quarterly <br />
