The plans which you submitted are those <br />which we permitted for a spray irrigation wastewater system with <br />one exception. A set of property lines has been drawn around the <br />entire wastewater treatment system. Through consultation with the <br />applicant's engineer, Mr. Sid Credle of Credle Engineering <br />Company, Inc. of Durham, N.C., these lines are merely drawn to <br />show that portion of the property which has been dedicated to the <br />waste disposal. system. These lines have not been surveyed nor <br />recorded with the register of deeds office. Mr. Credle is aware <br />of our permit conditions which require buffer distances from the <br />wastewater system and intends to work with the applicant to <br />insure that no permit violations occur. Ms. Bane owns all <br />surrounding land adjacent to the spray system as is noted on the <br />plans.
