it <br />bedroom by Credle, pursuant to DEM standards as set out in the North <br />Carolina Administrative Code, copy of the relevant part attached. <br />Therefore the Special Use Permit for Stonegate Mobile Home Park will <br />be amended to include a clause that under no circumstances will the <br />number of bedrooms exceed 208 requiring a maximum capacity of 24,960 <br />GPD (120 x 208) which is within the system's capacity, thereby <br />guaranteeing compliance with the system permit. <br />The revised Site Plan also shows: the location of two wells <br />which have been drilled and tested and yield 65 gpm (gallons per <br />minute) and 85 gpm, thus insuring an adequate water supply; the <br />location of the pipes associated with the fresh water distribution <br />system; the location of the pipes associated with the wastewater <br />disposal and spray irrigation system; and all other requirements <br />incident to the Special Use Permit. Necessary easements from the <br />railroad are in the process of being obtained. Also attached is form <br />of easement to allow the sewer line to run across the property of <br />Mount Hermon Baptist Church. Executed copies of these to follow. <br />Since the number of units has been reduced, the burden on fire, <br />police and rescue services will be reduced and the impact of the park <br />minimized. The same is true as to adequacy of vehicular access to the <br />site and traffic conditions around the site. overall, the Stonegate <br />Mobile Home Park pursuant to the revised Site Plan will have a lesser <br />impact than as originally proposed and this is particularly true with <br />regards to the wastewater treatment and disposal system. Rather than <br />discharging into the public waters of this state, the spray irrigation <br />system will utilize the property of the owner, Mrs. Bane, and will <br />3 <br />
