" `EAS" YES.. 1 _ <br />To the North Carolina Utilities Commission: <br />We fully support the concept of regional telephone service for the Research Triangle area. We have reviewed and <br />considered the EAS rate increase (proposed by the Public Staff) as being reasonable and fair to both subscribers <br />and telephone companies for our exchange (listed below) and find it to be a reasonable charge for the enlarged <br />toll -free calling area.
