TONEGATE MOBILE HQ_ME PARK <br />Project Work Chronology <br />November, 1987 - October, 1991 <br />1987 - 1988 <br />November, 1987 - <br />July, 1988 <br />July - December, <br />1988 <br />Orange County Planning Department orally <br />advises Mrs. Bane to cease work and <br />reapply for a new Class A special Use <br />Permit as work had not "proceeded at a <br />reasonable rate;" during November, <br />1987 - January, 1988 Mrs. Bane presents <br />information to Orange County Planning <br />Department to show that work had <br />progressed steadily, but slowly; orange <br />County Planning Department rejects <br />information as inadequate and advises <br />Mrs. Bane in writing on February 3 and <br />5, 1988 to cease work, apply for a new <br />Class A Special Use Permit or appeal the <br />decision to the Board of Adjustments; <br />Mrs. Bane enters appeal and with the <br />assistance of Haywood, Denny, Miller, <br />Johnson, Sessoms and Patrick, Attorneys <br />and Credle Engineering Company, Inc., <br />Engineers in perfecting the appeal, <br />accumulating information and preparing <br />presentation to Orange County Board of <br />Adjustments on July 11, 1988 which found <br />that work had proceeded at a reasonable <br />rate and approved the appeal which <br />allowed work to continue on Stonegate <br />Mobile Home Park; Application and <br />negotiations leading to Agreement dated <br />June 20, 1988, effective April 1, 1988, <br />between Southern Railway Company and <br />Dorothy C. Bane for an 8" sewer pipeline <br />to cross under railway property at <br />Glenn, N.C., located 235' west of Mile <br />Post H -47 which is west of the <br />intersection of Mt. Herman Church Road <br />and Southern Railway Property. <br />- S.V. Credle, Professional Engineer, <br />Credle Engineering Company, Inc., <br />Durham, N.C., employed to implement <br />Special Use Permit requirements for <br />private water system including wells and <br />water lines; and wastewater collection, <br />treatment and disposal system under <br />NPDES Permit No. NC0049808 granted by <br />State of North Carolina, Division of <br />
