is recorded in Plat Book , Page , Orange County Registry, and <br />to which reference is made for greater certainty of description; and <br />WHEREAS, the Dedication of Easements herein is shown on the <br />Boundary Area Plat of Survey and includes that property of the Grantor <br />through which a three inch (311) Force Main crosses beginning in the <br />northeastern intersection of the right -of -way lines for the main and <br />spur lines of Norfolk Southern Corporation leading to and including <br />the Sewage Treatment Plant, Lagoon and Spray Irrigation System <br />together with the required setbacks and buffers as approved by DEM in <br />the above referenced Permit and which easements, as limited herein, <br />for the setbacks and buffers are hereby dedicated to insure continued <br />compliance with DEM standards under the above referenced Permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor, for and in consideration of good and <br />valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby give, grant, convey and dedicate perpetual easements and <br />rights, as limited herein, in all lands of the Grantor as shown on the <br />Boundary Area Plat of Survey as recorded which is referred to above to <br />satisfy DEM setback requirements and buffers between the three inch <br />(311) Force Main, Sewage Treatment Plant, Lagoon and Spray Irrigation <br />System and all property lines for so long as said property shall be <br />used for and in connection with the Sewage Treatment Plant, Lagoon and <br />Spray Irrigation System as shown on the Boundary Area Plat of Survey <br />referred to above; <br />AND with the rights to go upon said lands whenever the same is <br />reasonably necessary for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, <br />repairing and inspecting the Force Main, Sewage Treatment Plant, <br />2 <br />
