Bane, Single, Grantor, 3519 Old Highway #10, Chapel <br />Hill, North Carolina 27514; of Orange County, North Carolina; <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of certain land located in Eno <br />Township, Orange County, North Carolina, the same being a tract of <br />land containing 260.75 acres, more or less, which Grantor inherited <br />from her father, David Crabtree, deceased, as shown on Plat of Survey <br />recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 37, Orange County Registry, to which <br />reference is made for greater certainty of description; and <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is developing a portion of her property on the <br />west side of Mt. Herman Church Road into Stonegate Mobile Home Park; <br />and is developing a portion of her property on the east side of Mt. <br />Herman Church Road with a sewage treatment plant, lagoon and spray <br />irrigation system to service said Mobile Home Park; and <br />WHEREAS, North Carolina Department of Environmental Management <br />(DEM, herein) issued Permit No. WQ0004370 to Mrs. Dorothy C. Bane, <br />Stonegate Mobile Home Park Wastewater Treatment and Spray Irrigation <br />System, Orange County on May 31, 1991 (Permit, herein) which approved <br />the Sewage Treatment Plant, Lagoon and Spray Irrigation System as <br />shown on Boundary Area Plat of Survey of same by Credle Engineering <br />Company, Inc. dated July 31, 1991, which Boundary Area Plat of Survey <br />
