1989 <br />Environmental Management, for Stonegate <br />Mobile Home Park, Orange County which <br />allowed discharge into a tributary of <br />Rhodes Creek. <br />January - June, - S. V. Credle of Credle Engineering <br />1989 completes plans for fresh water and <br />wastewater systems in consultation with <br />Orange County Planning Department which <br />required some revisions and <br />negotiations; Haywood, Denny, Miller, <br />Johnson, Sessoms and Patrick, Attorneys, <br />coordinates with Orange County Planning <br />Department and Orange County Attorney to <br />revise and update October 4, 1982 <br />Special Use Permit, drafting begins; <br />Mrs. Bane and Mr. Credle deal with <br />geologists, hydrologists and well <br />drillers and two wells are drilled <br />yielding 65 gpm (gallons per minute) and <br />85 gpm at sites other than shown on <br />revised Site Plan, thus requiring <br />further revisions to Site Plan; wells <br />permitted by Orange County Health <br />Department and pump downs completed with <br />satisfactory results; drafts of Special <br />Use Permit completed and forwarded to <br />Orange County Attorney and Orange County <br />Planning Department. <br />July - December, - Application for renewal of NPDES Permit <br />1989 No. NC0049808, Stonegate Mobile Home <br />Park, Orange County, timely completed <br />and filed with DEM; revised Site Plans <br />provided to Orange County Planning in <br />order to conform with Special Use Permit <br />requirements; Special Use Permit <br />approved by Orange County Attorney and <br />executed by Orange County and Mrs. Bane <br />and recorded in the Orange County <br />Registry; Mrs. Bane and Mr. Credle meet <br />with DEM Representative and initially <br />obtain oral approval for renewal of <br />NPDES Permit for discharge into Rhodes <br />Creek; several weeks later DEM <br />Representative reverses position upon <br />reclassification of Rhodes Creek; formal <br />notice received in December, 1989 of DEM <br />intention to deny renewal of NPDES <br />Permit and suggesting alternatives to <br />N <br />
