west side of Mt. Herman Church Road into Stonegate Mobile Home Park; <br />and the Wastewater Collection, Treatment and Spray Irrigation Disposal <br />system to service said Mobile Home Park to be located on the land of <br />the Grantee across the Norfolk Southern Spur Line from the land of the <br />Grantor as set forth above; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that in so doing Grantee lay a pipeline <br />for said System across the land of the Grantor. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of <br />Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to <br />them in hand paid, do hereby give, grant and convey unto Grantee a <br />perpetual right and easement, as limited herein, to construct and <br />maintain across and upon the land of Grantor an underground sewer line <br />extending from the north right --of -way line of the Norfolk Southern <br />Corporation across the land of the Grantor as described above and as <br />shown on Plat showing force main to sewage plant, Stonegate Mobile <br />Home Park, Dorothy C. Bane (owner), copy of which is attached hereto <br />as Exhibit "A" for a more complete and accurate description of the <br />easement by metes and bounds; <br />AND to go upon said lands whenever the same is reasonably <br />necessary for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, and repairing <br />said sewer line; provided that said sewer line shall be placed as near <br />the common boundary line of Grantor and Norfolk Southern Corporation <br />as is reasonably possible; <br />AND that in constructing and repairing said sewer line, said <br />Grantee will remove all surface earth, make level the surface of the <br />ground above said sewer line, and interfere as little as is reasonably <br />.oil. <br />
