C. 27702 <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />DEED OF <br />EASEMENT <br />November <br />THIS DEED, made this 10th day of Ojobadf, 1991 by and between <br />Claude E. Godwin, C. D. Couch, and Grover A. Clayton <br />as Trustees of the <br />Mount Hermon Baptist Church, Grantor, Old Highway #10, Chapel Hill, <br />North Carolina 27514; and Mrs. Dorothy C. Bane, Single, Grantee, 3519 <br />Old Highway #10, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514; all of Orange <br />County, North Carolina; <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />THAT WHEREAS, the Grantor is the owner of a certain lot of land <br />in the northeast intersection of Mount Hermon Church Road (SR 1713) <br />and the main railroad line of Norfolk Southern Corporation in Eno <br />Township, eastern Orange County, the same being the land conveyed to <br />Grantor by Curtis F. Bane and wife, Dorothy C. Bane, and Nettie S. <br />Crabtree, Widow, recorded in Book 217, Page 622, Orange County <br />Registry; and <br />WHEREAS, Grantee is the owner of certain land on the east side of <br />Grantor's land but separated therefrom by a 50' easement for a spur <br />line.of the.-Norfolk Southern Corporation; the same being a part of a <br />tract of land containing 260.75 acres, more or less, which Grantee <br />inherited from her father, David Crabtree, deceased, as shown on Plat <br />in Plat Book 16, Page 37, Orange County Registry; which Deed and Plat <br />are hereby referred to for greater certainty of description; and <br />WHEREAS, Grantee is developing a portion of her property on the <br />
