Markham Avenue <br />Durham, North Carolina 27701 <br />Dear Mr. Credle: <br />This acknowledges your letter dated October 15, 1991 <br />concerning proposed construction of a pipeline crossing <br />located in Eno Township, Orange County, NC, <br />Effective June 1, 1990, Norfolk Southern has developed a <br />Master Railroad Protective Liability Insurance Program to <br />cover Norfolk southern while contractors working for third <br />parties are on its property performing construction projects <br />such as wireline /pipeline crossings. The licensee must <br />indicate in the license agreement that it wishes to <br />participate in the program and sign and return the license <br />agreement along with a check to cover the insurance fee and <br />any other fees due. <br />Your application is being forwarded to our Engineering <br />Department for consideration.
