Software interface will <br />include support for E911 ALI /ANT, DCI query system, CAD <br />calltaker, CAD status, CAD records management, systems <br />management and administrative reporting. GIS- related features <br />will include street network and address location and display, <br />property and planimetric map display for incident location <br />and surrounding area and display of location - related <br />attribute data such as property owner, imaging of floor <br />plans, photographs, fire preplan data and other documents <br />will also be supported in conjunction with the GIS <br />environment. <br />The EOC configuration will be networked to the GIS system and <br />mainframe in Hillsborough and thereby connected to a similar <br />workstation in the Sheriff's office. <br />Dialup facilities for access to the CAD /GIS system will be <br />provided to allow Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough fire <br />and law enforcement agencies to collect incident data from <br />the system for further processing, reporting and analysis <br />with other computer applications. <br />The long term configuration of a complete CAD /GIS network is <br />illustrated in Figure 1. <br />Page 5 <br />8 <br />n <br />
