This agreement is between the Orange County Department <br />of Social Services (heretofore and hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Department ") and the ,joint Orange Chatham Community Action Agency <br />(heretofore and hereinafter referred to as the "Provider "). <br />B. The <br />length of the training period must be determined by utilizing <br />the Department of Labor (DOL) Specific Vocational Preparation <br />manual.
