TO: Members of Orange County Commissioners <br />We the citizen of the Efland Cheeks Township and Perry Subdivision request special street lights <br />for safety on Lancaster Road, and adjoining roads to the Perry Subdivision. Certain areas are so <br />dark after day light hours; they prefient safety hazards within themselves.
