16 <br />buildings and other displays, as well as backup of geographic <br />data bases. <br />V. Systems Integration and Staging <br />The integrated CAD /GIS system will be implemented as a <br />coordinated effort, managed by Orange County, and supported <br />by multiple vendors. These vendors will include Southern Bell <br />Telephone, ESRI, the computer hardware vendor, the CAD <br />system vendor, the communications contractor, the EOC <br />construction contractors and possibly a system integration <br />contractor. The system will be deployed in stages, with the <br />following elements included for the initial implementation: <br />a) five workstations at EOC, spare system; <br />b) workstation window interface to E911 ALI /ANI display with <br />call manager; <br />c) workstation window "interface to DCI query system using IBM <br />3270 protocol; <br />d) incident calltaker form window for incident recording and <br />automatic time stamping, data base storage of incidents and <br />formatted data transfer to other agencies; <br />e) automated capture of dispatcher PSAP inquiry for <br />telephone company followup to E911 errors; <br />f) CAD /GIS workstations located at Orange County Land Records <br />Page 12 <br />
