E911 Interface <br />The Enhanced 911 system will deliver ALI /ANI data for each <br />call automatically over serial ports from the telephone <br />switch equipment in the EoC. A call manager administrative <br />subsystem will be established to allow supervisor routing of <br />calls or automatic allocation of calls to dispatchers based <br />on area coverage assignments or availability. The dispatcher <br />consoles will receive ALI /ANI data displayed in a window on <br />the graphics workstation. Dispatchers will be able to <br />transfer or simultaneously view ALI /ANI display information <br />under console or supervisory control.
