Data bases and software will be <br />duplicated in at least two file systems in the network and <br />quick backup and restore equipment will be included in the <br />network. Security will be established based on user, <br />directory and file access restrictions with isolation of the <br />EOC center under complete local system management and <br />security control. <br />B. E911 Interface <br />The Enhanced 911 system will deliver ALI /ANI data for each <br />call automatically over serial ports from the telephone <br />switch equipment in the EoC. A call manager administrative <br />subsystem will be established to allow supervisor routing of <br />calls or automatic allocation of calls to dispatchers based <br />on area coverage assignments or availability. The dispatcher <br />consoles will receive ALI /ANI data displayed in a window on <br />the graphics workstation. Dispatchers will be able to <br />transfer or simultaneously view ALI /ANI display information <br />under console or supervisory control. For incorrect ALI /ANI <br />information delivered by the E911 system, the dispatcher will <br />be able to complete a computerized PSAP Inquiry form for <br />transmission to County address maintenance personnel and to <br />Page 7 <br />11 <br />
