Zoning ordinance Text Amendments <br />(1) Article 6.16.1 - Home Occupations <br />Presentation by Jim Hinkley. <br />Applications for Home Occupation Permits appear <br />to be increasing. The Zoning Ordinance provides <br />for the operation of home occupations in <br />districts allowing residential uses. This item <br />is to consider a proposed amendment to the Zoning <br />ordinance to improve language and clarify <br />provisions for home occupations. <br />Copies of the existing provisions and proposed <br />amendments are attachments to these minutes on <br />pages . <br />There was considerable Board discussion on the <br />amendment.
