The nearest residence is 300 feet away. There are three bedrooms proposed to be used: There are no full-time or part -time employees proposed. A landscape plan has been submitted that meets the Zoning Ordinance requirements. A 'letter from the Health Department was submitted with the application indicating adequate water and wastewater systems. Appropriate letters were submitted with the application.
