My granddaugi <br />of three minor children <br />children. I am willing <br />home for her family. <br />a long time resident <br />lying north of Hills - <br />Zter, Kay T. Chambers, <br />and is in great need <br />to give her 1.0 acres <br />6 <br />of <br />is <br />of <br />of <br />I have attempted to subdivide my land into two tracts. The <br />Orange County Health Department has approved a site for a home. <br />A preliminary survey has been completed and shows that the <br />existing dwellings (lots #1 and #2 on enclosed map) would fall <br />in the required 50 foot right -of -way. Therefore, I am requesting <br />a partial width right -of -way be granted to me. Due to the fact <br />that the houses will still be too close to the partial width <br />right -of -way and not meet Orange County setback requirements of <br />40 feet, I am requesting a variance on this issue (see map for <br />offsets). The proposed partial width right -of -way emcompasses <br />Lot #2 owned by me and Lot #1 owned by my son, Charlie Thompson. <br />Being that we are in support of Kay building a home for her <br />family, everyone is in agreement with this variance. <br />I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support of <br />this very important matter.
