This amendment will increase the total <br />allocation for Daycare by $213,301 to $407,362. No <br />County match is required. <br />(2) Orange County Department of Social Services <br />has received $49,265 for a Transitional Child Care <br />Program. These funds will be used to provide up to <br />12 months of child care benefits to families who lose <br />eligibility for AFDC because of increased earnings, <br />loss of the earned income disregards, or increased <br />hours of employment. No county match is required for <br />receipt of these federal and state funds. <br />(3) On October 22, 1991, the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners approved funding for the Triangle <br />Transit Authority in the amount of $6,000. This <br />allocation will be funded from contingency. <br />(4) On October 22, 1991, the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners approved funding for the preparation <br />of a Regional Bicycle Plan. This plan will be <br />prepared by the Durham - Chapel Hill - Carrboro <br />Transportation Advisory Committee. orange County's <br />share of this plan is $6,025 and will be funded from <br />contingency. <br />
