Orange County Tax Map 25 showing location of Sewage <br />Treatment Plant, Lagoon and Spray Irrigation System for Stonegate <br />Mobile Home Park. <br />The list of the adjoining property owners is attached as part of <br />Item C5. <br />We have provided the above information pursuant to Section 8.7.3 <br />of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance and your letter dated August 26, <br />1991; however, we wish you to review your decision that the change is <br />a modification of the Special Use Permit issued in 1982. Your letter <br />indicates that you based your determination on the factors indicated <br />in Sections 8.7.1(a) and 8.7.1(j) of the Zoning Ordinance: <br />a) Any change in a condition imposed during the approval of a <br />special use permit shall constitute a modification. <br />j) Any change in the location or extent of street and utility <br />improvements or rights -of -way, including water, sewer and storm <br />drainage facilities, which would provide a different level of service <br />shall constitute a modification. <br />You state that Conditions of Approval 18 and 23 of the Special <br />Use Permit have been changed by the substitution of sewage disposal <br />systems.
