The Planned Development <br />application will require notification of individual <br />property owners. The notice must be mailed on or <br />before November 15, 1991. <br />The Planning Board considered the proposed <br />ordinance text amendments at its October 22, 1991 <br />meeting and recommended that they be presented at <br />the November 25, 1991 public hearing for citizen <br />comment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />Notice of Public Hearing for November 25, <br />1991. <br />A <br />
