These cases are presented for <br />the Board's consideration to make demands for <br />payments of civil penalties. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: The Administration recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners take the following ac- <br />tions. <br />Make demand for payment of civil penalties in <br />the following zoning violation cases. <br />#86 Herman Ivan and Juanita C.
