And we're confident that the County's own <br />rezoning, special use, and environmental impact requirements will <br />reinforce those safeguards as we proceed into the next phase of <br />the permitting sequence. <br />This proposal appears to be a true "win -win" opportunity, not <br />only for the public /private applicants, but for the entire <br />community.'
