Located _in areas which contain great diversity, <br />including recrionally rare lant s ecies hardwood trees of size <br />and number uncommon for their location, and important wildlife <br />habitat. <br />Soil Conditions.. Located in areas where soil vary from well - <br />drained moderately steer) firm clay to nearly level alluvial <br />soils subject, to flooding` <br />Public Services Utilities.
