045 <br />Space Master Plan was presented at public hearing. In <br />August, the County Commissioners directed the Planning <br />Staff to propose appropriate amendments to the <br />Comprehensive Plan and the Joint Planning Area Land <br />Use Plan to include the New Hope Corridor Plan. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: For JPA -2 -91, proposed amendments to the Joint <br />Planning Area Land Use Plan and Map, the joint staff <br />recommendation is as follows: <br />The Orange County Planning Staff recommends <br />approval of the proposed amendments. <br />The Town of Chapel Hill Planning Staff recommends <br />approval of the proposed amendments as presented. <br />The Town of Carrboro Planning Staff recommends <br />approval of the proposed amendments as presented. <br />For CP -4 -91, proposed amendments to the Orange County <br />Comprehensive Plan (Land Use Element) and Map, the <br />Orange County Planning Staff recommends approval. <br />
