Conduct well construction inspections and otherwise <br />communicate with the groundwater industry to insure <br />that OCBOH and DEM well construction and quality <br />standards are met. <br />V. Reporting Duties: <br />A. Submit timely reports as required to DEM concerning <br />Articles I -IV above. <br />VI. Work Plan Duties: <br />A. Submit a wo <br />containing a <br />and protocols <br />both DEM and <br />negotiated on <br />rk plan to DEM on an annual basis <br />description of the methods, procedures <br />to be used and the responsibilities for <br />OCBOH. The detailed work plan will be <br />at least an annual basis. <br />PENALTIES DEM shall retain exclusive authority and responsibility <br />for the assessment of administrative penalties or for <br />instituting legal action for violations of State statutes <br />and regulations. However, OCHD will be required to <br />prepare and provide documentation and testimony for <br />enforcement actions. <br />COORDINATION The staffs of DEM and OCBOH will make all reasonable <br />OF efforts to coordinate activities. When coordination is <br />ACTIVITIES not possible, nothing will preclude either DEM or OCBOH <br />
