J , <br />J 11L1 �ltil <br />documentation for permitted facilities. <br />II. Non- Discharge Wastewater Permitting Duties: <br />A. Conduct on -site investigations during the initial <br />application phase of the permitting process. <br />B. Conduct on -site inspections during construction of <br />permitted facilities. <br />C. Investigate complaints and incidents involving non - <br />discharge permits. <br />D. Provide operations inspections of permitted <br />facilities. <br />E. Prepare and transmit all inspection and enforcement <br />documentation for permitted facilities. <br />III. Incidence Response Duties: <br />A. Respond to all incidents involving potential <br />contamination of the surface waters and /or <br />groundwaters of Orange County and the State within the <br />boundaries of Orange County and take action to <br />contain, control and correct the situation. OCBOH <br />will notify DEM of any and all such incidents and what <br />corrective and remedial actions were taken in each <br />skt-uation. DEM reserves the right to assume authority <br />whenever necessary in such incidents. <br />IV. Well Construction Duties: <br />A. OCBOH will site and permit all new wells being <br />installed in Orange County. <br />
