Proctor, have requested a Class A Special Use <br />Permit for a Non - Residential Reuse /Mixed Use of an <br />historic structure for the property commonly known as <br />the Green Hill residence. The property is located at <br />the southwestern corner of the intersection of US 70 <br />and Lawrence Road (SR 1561). The property contains <br />6.46 acres. The proposed request would allow for the <br />house to be used as a bed and breakfast. Three out of <br />the four existing bedrooms would be used for the bed <br />and breakfast: There are no proposed changes or <br />additions to the existing house or changes to the <br />property. <br />The property is specifically described as Lots 66 and <br />67 of Tax Map 20 in Eno Township. The current zoning <br />of the property is Rural Residential (R -1) and the <br />Comprehensive Plan designation is Rural Residential. <br />The use of the property, as proposed, requires the <br />issuance of a Class A Special Use Permit. Certain <br />development standards must be met and a Special Use <br />Permit must be obtained for the proposal to proceed. <br />Approval of the request would allow for the use of <br />"Green Hill" as a bed and breakfast facility for a <br />maximum of 6 adults. <br />
