Commas should be added before and <br />after the phrase, "or a combination of small <br />developments." <br />The Hillsborough Town Attorney has provided a <br />proposed amendment to Article 4 to address the <br />concerns raised at the joint meeting of the two <br />governing boards. The Orange County Attorney has <br />reviewed the proposal and sees no problem with the <br />amendments to Article 4. He is providing a separate <br />letter to the Board of Commissioners with his <br />comments. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />revised Cooperative Planning Agreement between <br />Orange County and the Town of Hillsborough, <br />including the proposed amendment to Article,4 and <br />the punctuation corrections, as recommended by the <br />Planning Board. <br />
