Only one provision <br />was of sufficient concern to warrant amending the <br />proposal. Article 4 contained a limitation on the <br />extension of public water and sewer service into the <br />Upper Eno Watershed. Town Board members indicated <br />there are water lines (and customers) already in <br />existence in the watershed. Plans are also being <br />considered for construction of an elevated water <br />tank in the watershed. <br />Both governing boards agreed that Article 4 could be <br />revised or a separate Addendum prepared which <br />recognized existing service lines (and customers) as <br />well as the proposed water tank. The Planning <br />Board recommended approval of the document with the <br />amendment to Article 4 or an Addendum. The Planning <br />Board also approved of the punctuation corrections <br />as noted by Commissioner Gordon in the last sentence <br />
