K <br />Highlights of the proposed lease include: <br />Orange County will pay for utility costs. <br />Orange County will provide normal maintenance to facility, <br />including HVAC units and,plumbing with a maximum expenditure of <br />$1000 per year. Hillsborough Savings and Loan will provide <br />maintenance beyond the $1000 figure. <br />Orange County will provide janitorial service to the building. <br />Hillsborough savings and Loan will maintain the exterior of the <br />building including roof, sidewalks, etc. <br />It is anticipated that two social workers as well as the Veterans <br />Administration officer will occupy the building. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends a lease be approved, contingent <br />upon staff and attorney review, with Hillsborough Savings and Loan, for <br />a period from November 1, 1991 through June 30, 1995; and authorize the <br />Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
