MEMORANDUM <br />AUGUST 23, 1991 <br />Page 2 <br />13 <br />3) Repealer - if legislation is repealed, then ordinance is <br />automatically repealed. <br />I recommend that #2 (notation of the vesting on the plan) above be <br />incorporated into the proposed amendment. <br />I do not think it is necessary to specify that a variance does not <br />constitute a Site Specific Development Plan, since it is clearly <br />stated what does constitute a Site Specific Development Plan. <br />Also, I do not think that a repealer provision is appropriate, <br />since the provisions are incorporated into several places in the <br />Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations. If GS 153A -344.1 is <br />repealed, then we need to amend ordinance as soon as possible. <br />If there are no objections, I will mention the model ordinance at <br />the hearing, and propose that the notation language be added. <br />
