2 <br />- Kelly Lally <br />Ruth Little [Longleaf Historic Resources] <br />- Dan Pezzoni [Preservation Technologies] <br />- Barry Jacobs <br />Ruth Little [Longleaf Historic.Resources] <br />- Mary Reeb [Historic Preservation Services] <br />At its September 25, 1991 meeting, the Historic <br />Preservation Commission considered the proposals <br />submitted by the four firms /persons and unanimously <br />approved :a recommendation that Kelly Lally and Ruth <br />Little be employed to conduct the historic <br />inventory. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends that Kelly Lally and <br />Ruth Little be employed to conduct the inventory of <br />historic sites and structures in the unincorporated <br />portions of Chapel Hill Township per the Historic <br />Preservation Commission recommendation. <br />The Administration further recommends that the <br />consultants be reimbursed for their services in an <br />amount not to exceed $10,000. This amount includes <br />the $5,000 grant from the State Historic <br />Preservation Office and the $5,000 cash match <br />included in the Planning Department's FY 1991 -92 <br />budget. <br />The Administration further recommends that the Board <br />authorize the Chair to execute a contract, contingent <br />upon staff and attorney review, that incorporates the <br />terms of the approved proposal. <br />
