The Panel should include: <br />Two at -large members either from the Visitor Bureau <br />Board or appointed by the Board <br />- A representative of the hotel /motel industry <br />The Orange County Manager <br />The Orange County Economic Development Director <br />An Orange County Commissioner <br />3.
