At the first meeting of the Visitor <br />Bureau Board: <br />a. Review draft position description Board* <br />and determine final version for <br />recruitment purposes. <br />b. Review draft recruitment plan and Board <br />advertisement. Provide any <br />feedback. <br />c. Appoint a Visitor Bureau Director Board <br />Selection Panel. (the Panel) to <br />review candidates and recommend <br />one or more finalists to the <br />Board for its final selection <br />decision. (See Attachment 4.) <br />2. Carry out planned recruitment activities. Orange County <br />Personnel <br />3. Review applications rec6ived, conduct Orange County <br />preliminary screening activities and Personnel <br />refer the best qualified candidates <br />to the Panel for interviews. <br />4.
