After a period of time, the Director may become an <br />employee of the Bureau as the necessary payroll and other <br />systems are developed to handle this. <br />In recognition of the projected duties and available <br />labor market information (Attachment 2) for comparably sized <br />organizations, we recommend a salary range of approximately <br />
