<br />COUNTY OF ORANGE LEASE
<br />THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, made and entered into this the
<br />day of , 1991, by and between the Orange County Board
<br />of Education, a body corporate pursuant to North Carolina General
<br />Statutes §115C -40, hereinafter called "Board of Education," and
<br />Orange County, North Carolina, a body politic and corporate
<br />pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes §153A -11, P.O. Box
<br />8181, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278, hereinafter called
<br />"County;"
<br />W I T N E S S E T H:
<br />WHEREAS, Board of Education on the day of
<br />1991, approved a lease agreement for a tract of land located on
<br />Richmond Road in the community of Ef land, Orange County, to County,
<br />for the consideration and upon the terms and conditions hereinafter
<br />set forth and duly approved *and authorized the execution of this
<br />lease; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County,
<br />on the day of , 1991, likewise approved the lease
<br />agreement and duly approved and authorized the execution of this
<br />lease; and
<br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto have mutually agreed to the terms
<br />of this lease agreement as hereinafter set forth.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Board of
<br />Education, in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in
<br />hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the
<br />agreements on the part of Count to be performed Y p d as hereinafter set
