E90: <br />this time the consultant will schedule and complete the <br />training and orientation tasks. Scheduling of sessions will <br />be mutually agreed upon by the consultant and the Bicycle <br />Task Force. Upon review and approval of the draft final <br />report by the TAC, the consultant will have one month-to <br />prepare a final plan. <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />1. The consultant shall work under the supervision of the <br />Town of Chapel Hill Transportation Planner. <br />2. The consultant shall submit monthly progress reports and <br />requests for payment to the Town of Chapel Hill <br />Transportation Planner. These reports shall provide the <br />basis for payment. <br />3. Funding for this study is to be shared among the Town of <br />Chapel Hill, the City of Durham, the Town of Carrboro, <br />Durham County and Orange County. The consultant shall <br />comply with all relevant requirements of these agencies. <br />4. The consultant shall provide copies of the final <br />plan document. <br />
