4 <br />Between Wake County Opportunities, Inc. <br />and Orange County Health Department <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />9. This Agreement shall run for a period of one year, from the 1st day <br />of October, 1992, to the 30th day of September, 1993, and shall be renewable <br />thereafter. <br />10. This Agreement or its renewals may be terminated at any time <br />without penalty by either party provided that written notice of such <br />termination is furnished to the other party at least sixty (60) days prior <br />to termination.
